How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, SINI ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping to Europe and Australia in the near future.

How can I track my furniture delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture pieces, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
